Barbie Princess and the Pauper King Dominick Clone Doll Review

Helloe guys!
I'm now back again for another clone doll review review! Yay! :D

So, here again, another clone doll.
He is King Dominick from the movie "Barbie: Princess and the Pauper". The doll also comes with a Julian outfit and a box thingy. Here's how it looks.
Sadly, I think this doll is not sold in the store for many years because it is dusty and the box is a bit ripped. But I still bought it anyway because it is on sale at Anding's Toy Store and Flower shop at the Divisoria Toy Center in Manila. It is sold for Php150 (about $4).

Unlike the original one, the box's citation is "Fashion Fun".

And instead of "Change his outfit... he's Julian, too!", it says "LOTS OF STYLES, LOTS OF FUN!!"

His Majesty, King Dominick!

And here's the back view:

I think this one serves the item number :P

Now, let's get him outside of the box.
His clothes are stiff, all the way to the boots, except for the white tie and the white thingy in his sleeves. The box thingy is just a piece of cardboard glued and taped all over. His hair is  a bitfrizzy but soft. He is poseable, with 9 points of articulation.

I don't really know what his boots are made from, but it's soft. It's not plastic nor cloth.

Let's get him out now. He doesn't like to be in the box forever. :3

One thing that really surprised me is that he can stand on his own! But not too long :D

Here's his Julian outfit. It's a two piece ensemble - a top and a short pair of pants.
The top detail is made of glitter and it's print are leaves and swirls. The pair of pants have a felt - like texture.

Here's the box. It can't be opened because it is taped all over.

King Dominick out of the box. His crown is removable and made of hard plastic. Here are some shots:

Here's the back of the doll. His clothes are closed with a velcro strap. And he still have the wire thingy that let's him stick inside the box.

Then I opened his strap.

He's getting naked, mruwahahaha! 3:)

Let's check his shirt:
The tie isn't sewn at the back of the yellow and gold shirt.
The yellow and gold shirt is sewn on the back of the coat.
There are lots of visible unfinished edges.

The details looks like roses, leaves and some vines and swirls.

I don't know what is this, but it looks cute.

The sleeve.

The crown.

Here's the king without his coat.

Close shot of the boots:

His back:

Removing his pants:

Removing the wire thingy around his waist left him a big mess.

Just look at this.

It doesn't look nice but I don't care, it's just a fakie anyway.

Close up picture of his face. He got those blue irises and some white accents around it. His lips are peach.

#BlondeHairSelfie!

Time to get him dressed up as Julian! :D

Need a little help there big guy? :D

The garter on the waist part of her pants is kinda tight, so it's a bit hard  to put it on because his hips are wide.

There.

Now on to his boots.

And his crown.

I also took him some pics with his whole outfit.

#NoCrown

My Justin Bieber doll (another fakie) let Julian borrow his clothes and his headphones.

Thanks for reading! :)
